Hand picking minimises the amount of ‘MOG’ (matter other than grape) and preserves the taste of the wine. Our wine is made using small batch traditional methods. A bold, ruby red, savoury Rosé with notes of raspberry and cherry. The wine is a slightly deeper red than than most Rose, with a richer savoury taste. Drink this full bodied Shiraz Rose with Italian or Asian cuisine for a perfect pairing.
